1. Acceptance
By creating a WebOrigin account, accessing the platform, or using any WebOrigin service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and WhatsApp Usage Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use WebOrigin.
2. Service Description
WebOrigin provides an AI-powered WhatsApp communication platform for organizations and businesses. Services include:
- WhatsApp Business API integration via Meta Cloud API
- AI-generated response agents powered by third-party AI providers
- Lead CRM and conversation inbox
- Bulk and personalised messaging campaigns
- Knowledge Base management
- Analytics and reporting
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account
- You must be authorised to represent the organization you register
- One account per organization/entity (additional workspaces available on enterprise plans)
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties

By using WebOrigin, you agree NOT to:
- Send unsolicited spam messages via WhatsApp
- Upload illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content
- Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the WebOrigin platform
- Use the platform for industries explicitly prohibited by WebOrigin
- Share account credentials with unauthorised parties
5. WhatsApp Business Platform Compliance
You acknowledge and agree that:
- WebOrigin uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API)
- You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy in all messaging
- Message templates must be approved by Meta before bulk sends
- Marketing messages require documented opt-in from recipients
- Violations of WhatsApp policy may result in your number being restricted by Meta
- WebOrigin is not responsible for Meta's decisions regarding your WhatsApp Business Account
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Organizations using AI features must:
- Review AI responses using the simulator before going live
- Monitor flagged responses regularly
- Not rely solely on AI for critical information (medical, legal, financial)
- Maintain human oversight for complex end user queries
7. Payment Terms
- Plans are billed monthly on subscription renewal date
- Manual UPI payments must be submitted with UTR + screenshot within 5 business days of invoice
- Non-payment within 10 business days results in workspace suspension
- Reactivation requires full payment of outstanding amount

8. Data Ownership
- You own your data. Your organization's data, end user data, leads, and Knowledge Base content belong to you.
- WebOrigin stores your data to provide the service. It is never sold or shared.
- On account deletion, you may request a data export before deletion.
- After deletion, data is purged within 30 days (except billing records retained for 7 years as required by law).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- WebOrigin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- WebOrigin's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
- WebOrigin is not liable for Meta's service interruptions or policy decisions
- WebOrigin is not liable for incorrect AI responses generated from your training content
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms
Material changes will be notified via email with 30 days notice. Continued use of WebOrigin after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
