1. How to Request Data Deletion
Submit Your Deletion Request
Method A: Dashboard → Settings → Account → "Delete My Account"
Method B: Email contact.weborigin@gmail.com
Include in your email:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Workspace name or organization name
- Registered email address
- Phone number (if applicable)
2. Deletion Process
Step 1
Request Submitted
You submit your deletion request via dashboard or email.
Step 2
Identity Confirmation
We confirm your identity and send a deletion schedule confirmation email within 2 business days.
Step 3
Optional Data Export
You have 14 days to request a data export (leads, conversations, Knowledge Base). Data exports may be provided upon request where technically feasible.
Step 4
Deletion Execution
After the 14-day window, your data is deleted: account data immediately, conversation/KB/lead data within 30 days.
3. Data Retention Exceptions
Some data cannot be deleted immediately due to legal requirements:

4. End User Data Deletion (Organization-Initiated)
Institutes can delete individual end user data through the dashboard:
- Lead deletion: Dashboard → Leads → [Lead name] → Delete Lead
- Conversation deletion: Dashboard → Settings → Data Management → Request conversation purge
- Mass deletion: Email contact.weborigin@gmail.com for bulk end user data purge
Response time: Within 15 business days.
