Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and Meta's platform policies, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data from WebOrigin.

How to Submit Your Request

Send an email to our data deletion team with the following information:

Your workspace or organization name
Your registered email address
Phone number (if applicable)
Type of data you want deleted (account, conversations, leads, all)

Open Email to Submit Request

Deletion Timeline

Acknowledgement

Within 2 business days

Identity verification

Within 2–5 business days

Data export window (optional)

14 days from confirmation

Data deletion completed

Within 30 days total

⚠️ Retention Exceptions

Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian law. Anonymised aggregate analytics (no PII) are retained indefinitely. All other personal data is deleted within 30 days.
